Royal Cliff School of Thai Culinary Arts

A Special Dessert Recipe:
"Kluai Buad Chee"
Banana in Sweet Coconut Milk

Ingredients (1 serving)
2 pcs. ripe bananas
2 cups coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar (white)
a dash of salf
1 tbsp coconut cream


Preparation
Peel the banana and cut into quarters.
Pour the coconut milk in a pot and bring to boil.
Add the bananas and cook over medium heat until tender.
Add sugar and salt.
Add coconut cream before serving.
