Set near the entrance to the environmentally-friendly Royal Cliff Beach Resort, the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club offers everything a health conscious individual could desire. Members and guests are provided with the latest state-of-the-art equipment to thelp them acheive their fitness objecitves - whether they're looking for toning, strength-building or cardiovascular fitness. The expansive fitness club offers spectacular views of two free-form swimming pool and a magnificent view of the Royal Cliff Bay in the distance.

Adjacent to the fintess centre is an areobics studio and nearby is the Clubhouse with steam room and sauna facilities as well as room for table tennis. The Clubhouse also has an outdoor restaurant and sauna facilites as well as room for table tennis. The Clubhouse also has an outdoor restaurant serving light meals and beverages. Members and guests of the Club also have access to a 3-hole putting green as well as a jogging track at the nearby tropical park.

The Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club boasts some of the best fitness equipment on the Eastern Sea Board in the well-equipped fitness centre. There are four categories of fitness equipment: cardiovascular, strength-building, free weights and a 5-piece modular system.

The Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club offers one of the best facilites in Pattaya with six floodlit hard-surface tennis courts and two knock-ball courts. There is also an equipment rental service as well as an on-site tennis pro to help guests improve their game or simply to stand in as a playing partner.

Pools
The beautiful setting of the Royal Cliff Sports & Fitness Club's two free-form swimming pools is unlikely to be found elsewhere. There are in-pool jacuzzis, waterfalls and a swim-up bar, which serves delicious cocktails and other favourites throughout the day. There are also two children's pools.
