RESIDENT MANAGER

Qualifications

Five years International experience with a luxurious 5* hotel
Fluent spoken and written English
Preferably fluent in French or German
Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage essential

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (LEISURE)

Qualifications

Proven record of at least 5-10 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a hotel/travel agency
(references required)

A team player able to develop new business in the atmosphere of creativity and a great degree of independence

Native or profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency

Experience/ sales leads in the UK travel industry are a key benefit

Advanced e-marketing / e-sales knowledge in the travel trade is a benefit

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF (ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าพ่อครัวใหญ่)

ความรับผิดชอบ
รับผิดชอบควบคุมดูแลความเรียบร้อย บริหารจัดการบริหารบุคคลากรภายในแผนกครัวของห้องอาหารทั้ง 10 แห่ง และฝ่ายจัดเลี้ยง รองจากหัวหน้าพ่อครัวใหญ่

คุณสมบัติ

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Executive Sous Chef (ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าพ่อครัวใหญ่) อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี

มีความรู้ด้านการประกอบอาหารครัวนานาชาติ

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

สามารถทำงานในสภาวะที่กดดันได้ดี

มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม อัธยาศัยดี มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ
