PEACH News Flash APGS 2011 Green Certificate Presentation

 A spectacular week-long golf carnival is currently being held at Royal Cliff Hotels Group and Pattaya’s largest convention venue, Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH) until 6th November 2011.

A major highlight of the 5th Edition of the Asia Pacific Golf Summit 2011 was the Royal Cliff Hotels Group’s Managing Director Mrs. Panga Vathanakul presenting the ‘Green Certificate’ to the generous sponsors and supporters for having taken great steps in helping to safeguard the environment, and help reduce global warming by opting to have their event at Royal Cliff Hotels Group.

The “Green Certificate’ recipients were; Mr. Suraphon Svetasreni Governor of TAT, Mr. Akapol Sorasuchart President of Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Mr. Ittiphol Khunpluem Mayor of Pattaya City, Mr. Kanokphand Chulakasem Governor of SAT and Mr. Mike Sebastian of Asia Pacific Golf Group, who is also the organizer of this prestigious event.    

The ‘Green Certificate’ is awarded to selected organizations where their event had resulted in the reduction of many emissions, pollution and involved the use of natural resources following the ‘Initiative on Green meeting’, the extensive and heavily implemented environmentally friendly initiatives and policies in place at the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and PEACH which have already served to improve the local environment and community.
