Revenue Manager

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
  • Independently implements appropriate Hotel inventory distribution strategy, maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in the IDS (Internet Distribution Systems) GDS and PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels
  • Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management
  • Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
  • Analyze competitive (conduct competitive and demand analysis) reports and formulate appropriate strategies through use of hotel system reports.
  • Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for the Hotel using forecasting tools.
  • Ensure adherence to the Hotel Group Pricing Policies – Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other) and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including branded web, 3rd party sites, and the GDS
  • Lead the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager in the decision making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof (inclusive B2B & B2C)
  • Take a key role in property PMS Conversions
  • Take a lead role in property RMS (Hotel Reservation System) installations.
  • Clearly communicate to hotel team (sales & reservation team) the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenues and improve performance.
  • Prepare training materials, training schedules, and systems training for the team members.

Responsibility:

Responsible for the supervision of order and purchase, managing personnel within the kitchen department and overseeing all aspects of running the kitchen

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in an Sous Chef position
  • Good knowledge of International and Mediterranean Cuisines
  • Experienced in modern cooking methods

Qualifications:

  • Handles and processes room reservations for guests in the hotels
  • Answers incoming calls/guest inquiries and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions
  • Explains resort facilities, services and other information about the resort as requested
  • Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, hours of operation as well as dining options currently available
  • Helps in maximizing room occupancy and average room rate through up selling

  • Contracts and closes group business in addition to conducting site inspections
  • Actively up-sells business opportunities to maximize revenue

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, aged 35 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Technology or Food Science, Chemical or other related fields. At least 3.0 GPA and above.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Thai FDA registration / legislation.
  • Knowledge about the laws and standards in producing type goods such as of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, Allergen Control, Pest Control, Kosher and Halal requirements.
  • Knowledge about the Food safety (Biological Hazard, Chemical Hazard, physical hazard).
  • Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills with experience in Product Development will be an advantage.
