DIRECTOR OF SALES (MICE/LEISURE)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of sales will lead the team in selling by implementing International and national sales plans, supervising managers for maximizing potential revenue in their assigned product segment, territory or target market.

You will develop rapport with key clients. You will have a presence at trade shows and major market events, locally and Internationally, to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business studies, hospitality management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related field
  • Proven record of at least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in MICE/Leisure Sales market (references required)
  • A team player able to develop new business in the atmosphere of creativity and a great degree of independence
  • Native or profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency
  • Experience/ sales leads in the travel industry are a key benefit
  • Advanced e-marketing / e-sales knowledge in the travel trade is a benefit

 

CONFERENCE CENTER MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for every aspect of the business, from catering, accommodation to marketing, sales and financial management.

As a conference centre manager, you will be a team leader, business planner, project manager and marketing executive all at once. Basically, you will run the show, build relationships with stakeholders, handle complaints and customer enquiries, deal with problems when they arise, and make sure every single conference at your facility is run smoothly and effectively.

You will have to take care of budget controlling,ensuring the overall financial success of the conference centre. You may also have a hand in procurement, maintenance, and health and safety.

Finally, you will also have ultimate responsibility for business development, marketing and brand strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business studies, hospitality management
  • At least 3 years experience as a Convention Center Manager
  • Excellent command of English and computer proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products to collect metrics, conduct data analysis, and present information

 

SOUS CHEF AND CHEF DE PARTY

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision within the kitchen department and overseeing all aspects of running the kitchen and personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Sous Chef- or Chef de Party position in a 5 star International hotel would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines
  • Must have knowledge about HACCP/ Food and Hygiene safety trained
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must be a good Team player with good leadership skills and is service-oriented
  • Must have knowledge about fundamentals of food and labour cost control
  • Must be a good team player and motivated and willing to lead colleagues
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

 

RESTAURANT CHEF

Responsibility:

Responsible for the supervision of order and purchase, managing personnel within the kitchen department and overseeing all aspects of running the kitchen

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in an Sous Chef position
  • Good knowledge of International and Mediterranean Cuisines
  • Experienced in modern cooking methods
  • Good command of English
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must be a good Team player with good leadership skills and is service-oriented
 

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Handles and processes room reservations for guests in the hotels
  • Answers incoming calls/guest inquiries and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions
  • Explains resort facilities, services and other information about the resort as requested
  • Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities, hours of operation as well as dining options currently available
  • Helps in maximizing room occupancy and average room rate through up selling


Qualifications:

  • Female or male
  • 1 year professional experience on customer service or reservations preferred
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and able to work flexible hours
  • Independent thinker and problem solver
  • Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office skills are essential

GOVERNMENT SALES (BASED IN BANGKOK)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves sales to government agencies/ organizations
  • Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Evaluates and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase sales volume
  • Contracts and closes group business in addition to conducting site inspections
  • Actively up-sells business opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
  • Provides accurate, complete, and effective turnover to the Events team
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (example: generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)


Qualifications:

    • Male or Female / Thai National
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or other related major
    • 2 years hotel or large group sales experience preferred
    • Negotiation skills and creative selling abilities
    • Able to work flexible hours
    • Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office skills are essential
    • Service minded and positive interpersonal skills
 

 

SECRETARY (BASED IN PATTAYA)

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, aged 25 -40 years old
  • Good command of Thai and English in writing
  • Good communication, good interpersonal skills, good coordinator
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Good organizational skills and enjoy multi-tasking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Compose correspondence, memo, reports and presentation related in the department
  • Answer all the calls and reply the business e-mails
 

 

CHIEF STEWARD

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality
  • Basic command of English
  • Experienced in the F&B Kitchen Department as Chief Steward Position for at least 5 year.
  • Hospitable and service-minded
  • Must be a good team player with good leadership skills and is service-oriented
  • Pleasant personality and appearance
 

 

QUALITY SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female, aged 35 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Technology or Food Science, Chemical or other related fields. At least 3.0 GPA and above.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Thai FDA registration / legislation.
  • Knowledge about the laws and standards in producing type goods such as of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, Allergen Control, Pest Control, Kosher and Halal requirements.
  • Knowledge about the Food safety (Biological Hazard, Chemical Hazard, physical hazard).
  • Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills with experience in Product Development will be an advantage.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills.
  • Laboratory competence including a thorough understanding of experimental design and skills.
 

 

SALES ADMINISTRATOR (BASED IN BANGKOK)

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field
  • Basic command of English
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage (Microsoft Office)
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of housekeeping experience in a 5 star operation

Qualifications

  • Female, below 35 years of age
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Positive attitude, good personality and passion for customer service
  • Strong understanding of written and spoken English. Experience in large volume operations is an advantage
