Web Developer / webmaster

Job Description:

  • Monitor the company website to assure it stays online, functions without flaw and assures users a rich online experience.
  • Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad server software.
  • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
  • Interface for performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot the site.
  • Review statistics and monitor analytics.
  • Maintain responsive design for all devices.
  • Plan for future changes to the website.
  • Make sure the websites are user friendly and attractive
  • Contributes to marketing ideas in order to increase ROI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient in Web Application/Application with ASP. NET, C#, VB.NET., development
  • Knowledge with Networking system LAN, WAN and Wifi
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Windows systems, PC, Apple device and iMac including software MS Office Active Directory and MS Exchange system
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML, C, C++, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, PHP,Wordpress would be an advantage

E-Commerce Associate

The E-commerce Associate is responsible for creating strategies to strengthen the brand and drive revenue.

Responsibility

  • Develop and direct the short and long-term e-communication strategies in support of key technology initiatives and business objectives to ensure that all company goals are attained.
  • Manage, maintain and evolve the Company's website and other computer-based IT systems, and other interactive online and social media platforms to establish brand consistency with internal and external messaging, programs, and offerings. Posting relevant brand news, information on any events, and finding other creative ways to engage people.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, executing, and reporting on e-mail marketing campaigns, monthly newsletters, online advertising campaigns, pay per clicks (PPC), business analytics, and social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
  • Carry out intelligent and robust analysis about the success of different channels and the community and feed that back to board of directors.
  • Assist the Marketing and Sales Department in the development and implementation processes, including but not limited to the design and development of marketing and sales materials.
  • Identify e-communication needs and opportunities for IT and targeted guest experiences to build loyalty, frequency, transactions and increase the online database.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Sous Chef – Banquet

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
  • Manage all Kitchens in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Create all food menus with the guidance of the Executive Chef
  • Complete daily market lists to ensure quality food ordering while maintaining budgeted costs
  • Meet with Storekeepers to ensure quality & par levels are maintained
  • Interact closely with the Catering department to assist in function menu co-ordination and meet with clients as required
  • Conduct daily shift briefings with all Sous Chefs
  • Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations
  • Liaise daily with Outlet Managers and Sous Chefs to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER AT ROYAL WING SUITE & SPA

Job brief

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B tasks, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B outlets, service aspects and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards in the Royal Wing Suites & Spa
  • Preserve the best levels of internal and external customer service trying to impressed guests at all time
  • Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and work on our customer relationship management program
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

SOUS CHEF AND CHEF DE PARTY

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision within the kitchen department and overseeing all aspects of running the kitchen and personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Sous Chef- or Chef de Party position in a 5 star International hotel would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines
  • Must have knowledge about HACCP/ Food and Hygiene safety trained
  • Good command of English
