Royal Cliff management develops intense International Language Training Program for Employees
Pattaya, Thailand – Gearing towards the upcoming economic integration of the ASEAN Economic Community, the Royal Cliff Hotels Group has advanced its employee training program with interactive international language workshops programmed to enhance, expand and develop necessary language skills to its new recruits and current employees.
In addition to offering a primary hospitality training course, employees at the Royal Cliff also have the opportunity to attend language workshops for English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian, which are regularly conducted by native-speakers from the international team. The sessions which are well attended by over 50 people from various departments typically cover useful vocabulary and important phrases that are frequently used in their line of work.
