E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

  • Driving online sales growth especially through corporate website.
  • To implement e-marketing (SEM, SEO, EDM) strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Work alongside reservations team with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enable e-commerce sales efforts by effectively managing the front-end website experience, landing pages, content, product placement and overall merchandising experience
  • Monitor online travel agent rates and make recommendation to boost revenue.
  • Monitor Royal Cliff’s presence on the OTA including content and photos. Making sure Royal Cliff is in a competitive positioning.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with online business partners and together come up with strong campaigns and promotions.
  • Making sure that all online partners adhere to rate parity so the room rates are consistent in all channels

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 3.0 GPA in Mathematics, Statistics, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Marketing or any related field. Recent graduate with no work experience are encouraged to apply. Enjoy learning new ideas
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent Computer proficiency
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Fluent in another language especially Chinese and Japanese is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, Analytics, SEO and SEM
  • Having a Google certificate is a plus
  • Good knowledge of computer programming languages
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Hard working, enthusiastic and willing to challenge the status quo

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF (Royal Wing Suites & Spa)

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
  • Manage all Kitchens in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Create all food menus with the guidance of the Executive Chef
  • Complete daily market lists to ensure quality food ordering while maintaining budgeted costs
  • Meet with Storekeepers to ensure quality & par levels are maintained
  • Interact closely with the Catering department to assist in function menu co-ordination and meet with clients as required
  • Conduct daily shift briefings with all Sous Chefs
  • Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations
  • Liaise daily with Outlet Managers and Sous Chefs to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required
  • Proven track record of cost control including food, equipments, labour and wastage to meet the goals and the hotel’s financial goals
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - ENGLISH AND KOREAN

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Travel Industry Management or similar field preferred
  • Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Good command in English and Korean
  • Good spoken and/or written knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
  • An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems-Micros-Fidelio and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with guests and the hotel departments

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN

  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

Qualifications:

  • Able to lead a team in organizing small, medium and large scale events, meetings and incentives
  • Customer oriented with highly developed organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good command of English and Indian
  • Good command of Thai is preferred
