WEBMASTER

Generate and revise web pages. The webmaster will also need to contribute ideas to generate more traffic to the website and improve conversions. Job Description:

  • Monitor the company website to assure it stays online, functions without flaw and assures users a rich online experience.
  • Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad server software.
  • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
  • Interface for performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot the site.
  • Review statistics and monitor analytics.
  • Maintain responsive design for all devices.
  • Plan for future changes to the website.
  • Make sure the websites are user friendly and attractive
  • Contributes to marketing ideas in order to increase ROI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient in Web Application/Application with ASP. NET, C#, VB.NET., development
  • Knowledge with Networking system LAN, WAN and Wifi
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Windows systems, PC, Apple device and iMac including software MS Office Active Directory and MS Exchange system
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML, C, C++, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Wordpress would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of wireless and mobile computing

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Royal Cliff Hotels Group is looking for motivated and interested Graphic Designers / Illustrators looking to work on highly creative projects and Interest in typography and the arts is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to design requests in a variety of media including print and online
  • Develop graphics and visuals for use in presentations and in other communication tools
  • Communicate complex ideas and processes visually
  • Create posters, templates, illustrations
  • Help maintain visual consistency across a range of outputs

Qualifications:

  • Respond to design requests in a variety of media including print and online
  • Female not over 35 years old
  • Completed a creative, Communication Design, Industrial Arts, Graphics Design degree at college (GPA 3.0 and above)
  • Strong applications experience: (Adobe CS: Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks)
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Experience with user interface design or e-learning is a plus

GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND VIDEO EDITOR

Responsibilities:

  • Lead video shoots while working within a creative team to produce video marketing assets and oversee post-production through to completion.
  • On-location and in-studio videography- Produce and edit a variety of different video styles (i.e. interviews, promotional, explainer, animations, motion graphics).
  • Assist with lighting, videography, photography, sound, grip, and art direction for video shoots
  • Bring extraordinary attention to detail to managing multiple video projects, versioning, and receiving feedback from management.
  • Work closely with people across the organization including executive level, internal teams and customers to develop best-in-class content; conduct filmed interviews as necessary.
  • Collaborate well with team members including other communications and design specialists across the organization in-person and remote.
  • Present ideas and projects to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently demonstrate video and animation production process best practices.
  • Manage expectations, budgets and timelines with team members.
  • Work with the team to ensure brand alignment across all touch points, and further develop video standards and practices across projects.
  • Define consistency against internal brand visual direction, standards, and messaging strategies.
  • Manage the operation of video/still cameras and recorders, sound recorders, lighting and other film equipment.
  • Manage video digital assets and storage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years shooting video/editing/animation/motion graphics experience.
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and supporting tools in a production environment.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe CC (Premiere, AfterEffects) and experience in motion graphics and animation content creation. And some fluency in Illustrator and photoshop.
  • Online video portfolio that showcases proven skills in video production, motion graphics, animation and editing with demonstrated experience working in different styles/formats.
  • Experience producing corporate videos or client videos with agencies, production companies, directly with clients, or in-house.
  • Effective communicator with deep technical expertise and high-level of story-telling creativity.
  • Able to work with little supervision and/or collaborate with a team of creatives to raise the bar with each project.
  • Clear understanding of the full video production process.
  • Excellence in translating concepts and scripts into dynamic videos.
  • Collaborative storyboard software experience.
  • Experience with Maya, Cinema 4D or illustration is a plus
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and able to multi-task

Qualifications

  • Maintained spa appointment calendar, organized massage therapists and scheduled treatment appointments using Massage Pro Software
  • Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints
  • Assisted in promotion and charity events
  • Responsible for addressing and troubleshooting customers' needs and concerns

E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Driving online sales growth especially through corporate website.
  • To implement e-marketing (SEM, SEO, EDM) strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Work alongside reservations team with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enable e-commerce sales efforts by effectively managing the front-end website experience, landing pages, content, product placement and overall merchandising experience
  • Monitor online travel agent rates and make recommendation to boost revenue.
  • Monitor Royal Cliff’s presence on the OTA including content and photos. Making sure Royal Cliff is in a competitive positioning.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with online business partners and together come up with strong campaigns and promotions.
  • Making sure that all online partners adhere to rate parity so the room rates are consistent in all channels

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 3.0 GPA in Mathematics, Statistics, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Marketing or any related field. Recent graduate with no work experience are encouraged to apply. Enjoy learning new ideas
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge about HACCP/ Food and Hygiene safety trained
