GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER – ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College degree in Travel Industry Management or similar field preferred
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Good command in English and Russian
- Good spoken and/or written knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Front Office Systems (Comanche System is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with guests and the hotel departments online and offline
