Learn the skills of Thai cooking, one of the world’s most popular cuisines, at the Nah Pah Thai Culinary Arts School. Our award winning Chef will teach you step by step in the art of Thai cooking. Opened in September 2000, the school offers an ideal learning environment with a large open kitchen area for practical instruction, a small lobby and reception area, a locker room and Thai dining room with wooden furnishings. Royal Cliff also has a nursery herb garden within the property where the participants can pick up the freshest seasonal ingredients for their dishes. Classes last three hours. In addition to cooking lessons, participants receive a number of complimentary gift items. There are also special classes for children.  We came from the Celebrity Millennium Cruise for a chef’s tour and cooking class…Meeting the chef from the property and walking through a local market was very interesting. Seeing all the food sold from fresh fish to chicken, the unusual fruits we don’t see in the States. The class, food, and time of cooking was much more than expected.
