By scanning this code from their mobile/tablet devices or from a printed page, Royal Cliff’s friendly staff can quickly and effortlessly retrieve booking information including important reservation details, contact information, special requests, benefits and discounts which will pave the way for a more efficient and customize check in process.

This innovative procedure which is the first of its kind in Thailand will streamline and accelerate guests check-in upon hotel arrival eliminating long waiting times and making way for a more seamless hassle-free experience.
