• Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of your stay will be charged.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date and have not cancelled your reservation in advance, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
• Room Guarantee: The type of room you reserve is guaranteed, but we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or locations.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on hotel property.
• Amendment is not allowed once the booking is confirmed
• Spa credit is valid during the stay period only and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
