Royal Cliff’s DeVine Club members Experienced A Night Exploring the Terroir of Rhône Valley Wines

Pattaya, Thailand – Royal Cliff’s deVine Wine Club recently experienced another remarkable French wine dinner at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar – Excellence & Heritage. DeVine Wine Club members and wine lovers enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu featuring delectable cuisine prepared by Royal Cliff’s Executive Chef Peter Held and Royal Wing Suites & Spa’s Chef Nick Vonk, along with premium wines from Famille Perrin.

Guests were warmly welcomed by members of the Royal Cliff Executive team led by Mrs. Panga Vathanakul, the Managing Director of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group at the pre-dinner cocktail reception where an impeccable selection of deluxe canapés accompanied by La Vieille Ferme Luberon Rosé 2018 awaited guests at The Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.

The superb five-course menu, which followed at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar started with appetizing Rillettes de Poisson with La Vieille Ferme Luberon Blanc 2018. Guests then enjoyed the Bouillabaisse which was wonderfully paired with Famille Perrin Réserve Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2018 followed by a Cointreau Orange Sorbet. The delectable Pan-Roasted Duck Breast served along with Famille Perrin Réserve Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2017 and the tender Grilled Australian Meltique Beef Striploin Steak paired with Famille Perrin Châteauneuf-du-Pape”Les Sinards” Rouge 2017 were the highlights of the evening. The night ended with a delicious Tropical Mille-Feuille which was accompanied by Famille Perrin Muscat Beaumes de Venise Blanc 2018.

It was another memorable night as guests enjoyed the delicious 5-course dinner with fantastic wine pairings that perfectly complement each course. Ms. Luiza Torrezani, the Sales & Marketing Director of Bangkok Beer & Beverage and the evening’s guest speaker shared her extensive knowledge and passion for the world of Famille Perrin Wines.
