Royal Cliff’s deVine Wine Club Explored Margaret River with Stonefish Wines

Royal Cliff’s deVine Wine Club recently had another remarkable Australian wine dinner at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar – Excellence & Heritage. DeVine Wine Club members and wine lovers enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu featuring impeccable cuisine prepared by Royal Wing Suites & Spa’s Chef Nick Vonk and his talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Stonefish.

Guests were warmly welcomed by members of the Royal Cliff Executive team led by Mrs. Panga Vathanakul, the Managing Director of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group at the pre-dinner cocktail reception where a delectable selection of deluxe canapés accompanied by Stonefish Brut Cuvee, NV awaited guests at The Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.

The superb five-course menu, which followed at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar started with appetizing Smoked Salmon Rillettes with Stonefish Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River 2019.

Guests then enjoyed the Mushroom Consommé which was wonderfully paired with Stonefish Rose, Margaret River 2019 followed by a Lemon Sorbet. The delectable Sous Vide Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin served along with Stonefish Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Margaret River 2014 and the tender Australian Wagyu Meltique Beef Rump paired with Stonefish Nero, Old Vines Shiraz Barossa Valley 2016 were the highlights of the evening. The night ended with a delicious Australian Chocolate Lamington Cake served with Chocolate Ice Cream which was accompanied by Bird of Fire, Botrytis Semillon Riverina 2013.

It was another memorable night as guests enjoyed the delicious 5-course dinner with fantastic wine pairings that perfectly complement each course. Mr. Sunthorn Lapmul, the Marketing Director of Wine Dee Dee. Co, Ltd. and the evening’s guest speaker shared his extensive knowledge on the world of Stonefish Wines.
