  • Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as – customer requests, special needs and complaints
  • Assisted in promotion and charity events
  • Responsible for addressing and troubleshooting customers’ needs and concerns
  • Our experiences combine a variety of the best wellness treatments a selection of massages to indulge and treat mind, body and spirit
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Sales oriented, strong administrative and excellent skills
  • Genuine friendly, service oriented attitude, immaculately groomed and professional in manner
  • Previous experience in a luxury Spa, Resort, or Hotel is preferred
