Precautionary Measures in Response to Coronavirus

The Royal Cliff Management is closely monitoring the coronavirus situation at all times.

With the progression of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the health, safety and well-being of all our guests and staff remain our top priority. We are working closely with medical professionals, specialists and Thailand’s Ministry of Health regarding the necessary precautions to keep our hotels secure and protected from the recent outbreak and follow the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO). We have a nurse on standby to check for symptoms and do temperature checks and have increased the frequency of routine disinfection especially in high-traffic areas across the resort. Hand sanitizers, masks and thermometers are also available in our Reception Counters and Testing Center.

Should you feel unwell during your stay or develop respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough or runny nose, please inform any of our staff immediately for assistance in seeking medical care right away.

  • Booking needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance (Kindly contact the Royal Wing Suites & Spa by calling

  • An email to reconfirm your reservation will be forwarded to you after you have made your booking.
  • A pre-authorization of 50% of the total amount of the booked price will be required.
  • Your tentative booking will only be confirmed if 50% deposit for the booked price has been given at the time
  • of confirmation. There is no booking made until deposit or pre-payment has been received.

  • The dinner can be cancelled with full refund up to 2 days before your reserved date. For late cancellations,
    50% of the booked price will be charged.
  • For bookings made 1 week in advance, cancellations will be accepted with full refund if made at least 2 days
    before the booked date.
  • Bookings made within a 24 hour period cannot be cancelled.
  • All requests for changes or any booking amendment within a 24 hour period will be subject to availability.
  • The dinner will be served between 5:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Please tell the Royal Wing team your preferred time.
