Enjoy a delicious 5-course dinner along with premium wines from Wine Dee Dee Pattaya Co.,Ltd. The evening will commence at the Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel at 6.30 pm. Dinner will be served at 7.15 pm. at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar – Excellence and Heritage.

Established in 1999, Wine Dee Dee Co, Ltd's main vision was to distribute quality and value wines in Thailand. By sourcing quality wineries in their portfolio, it was able to provide quality wines and good service to their customers which made them a big success in the wine market. It has now expanded to 4 main branches: Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, and Hua-Hin.

We are proud to welcome Mr. Sunthorn Lapmul, the Director of Marketing of Wine Dee Dee. Co, Ltd, once again as our wine speaker for this evening. He has previously earned level 3 in WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) which are qualifications that are globally recognized as the international standard in wine and spirit knowledge.

Royal Cliff's deVine Wine Club Experiences the

Odyssey of Yalumba Wines

Royal Cliff's deVine Wine Club recently had another remarkable wine dinner at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar – Excellence & Heritage. deVine Wine Club members and wine lovers enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu featuring excellent cuisine prepared by Royal Cliff's Executive Chef and his talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Yalumba Family Vignerons, Australia's oldest
family-owned wine company.

The superb five-course menu at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar started with appetizing Grilled Vegetables and Goat's Cheese Terrine on Mesclun Leaves served with Yalumba "The Y Series" Pinot Grigio 2018. Guests then enjoyed the Sparkling Green Pea Soup with Smoked Trout Fillet wonderfully paired with Yalumba "The Y Series" Viognier 2018 and a mouthwatering Beetroot Sorbet. The delectable Bacon Wrapped Monk Fish in Curried Mango Sauce, Beets and Spiced Chickpeas served along with Yalumba "The Y Series" Shiraz Viognier 2015 along with the Slow Cooked Marinated Rump of Lamb on a Light Wasabi Mash with Herb Reduction and Roasted Roots paired with Yalumba "The Y Series" Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 were the highlights of the evening. The night ended with a Cheese and Bread Soufflé with Honey & Thyme Sabayon which was served with Jansz "Premium Cuvée" Brut, Pipers River, NV.
