We are delighted to invite you to our next deVine Wine Club wine dinner, "Exploring Margaret River with Stone Fish Wines", which is due to take place on Friday, 21 February 2020.

Enjoy a delectable 5-course menu featuring extraordinary cuisine prepared by Chef Nick Vonk and his talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Stonefish. The evening will commence at the Bar of Royal Cliff Beach Hotel at 6:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 7:15 pm at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar – Excellence and Heritage.

Establish since 2000, Stonefish International is a company with a passionate and dedicated team that all have the same goal - to consistently produce and deliver premium wine to consumers all over Australia and the world.

We are proud to welcome back Mr. Sunthorn Lapmul, the Director of Marketing of Wine Dee Dee. Co, Ltd, as our wine speaker for this evening. He has earned level 3 in WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) which are qualifications that are globally recognised as the international standard in wine and spirit knowledge.

Experiences A Taste of Santa Carolina

Royal Cliff's deVine Wine Club recently had another remarkable wine dinner at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar - Excellence & Heritage. DeVine Wine Club members and wine lovers enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu featuring excellent cuisine prepared by Royal Cliff's talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Santa Carolina, a renowned producer of a wide range of superior quality wines and one of Chile's oldest wineries.

Guests were warmly welcomed by members of the Royal Cliff Executive team led by Mrs. Panga Vathanakul, the Managing Director of the Royal Cliff Hotels Group at the pre-dinner cocktail reception where a delectable selection of deluxe canapes accompanied by Santa Carolina Brut, NV awaited guests at The Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.

It was another memorable night as guests enjoyed the delicious 5-course set menu with fantastic wine pairings to complement each course. Mr. Zoltan Zakor, the Director of Business Development of Vanichwathana Co. and the evening's guest speaker shared his extensive knowledge of the famous wines from Santa Carolina.
