We are delighted to invite you to our next deVine Club wine dinner, "A Night to Explore the Terroir of Rhône Valley Wines", which is due to take place on Friday, 18 September 2020.

Enjoy an amazing  5-course menu featuring extraordinary cuisine prepared by Royal Cliff's Executive Chef and his talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Famille Perrin. The evening will commence at the Bar of Royal Cliff Beach Hotel at 6:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 7:15 pm at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar - Excellence and Heritage.

Famille Perrin is the owner of Chateau de Beaucastel, a Rhône winery in Orange, Vaucluse, France since 1997. The Perrins are one of the most reliable wine families in the Rhone valley and truly a name to look out for.

We are proud to welcome Ms. Luiza Torrezani, the Sales and Marketing Manager of Bangkok Beer & Beverage, as our wine speaker for this evening. A Brazilian who has a strong passion for wine, she left her country to pursue a dream and went to France to study what she loves most; wine.

I believe that this will be another great event for all of us. As wine aficionados and valued deVine wine club members of the Royal Cliff, we are delighted to provide you with this great opportunity to be able to taste and experience the variety and quality of the famous wines from Famille Perrin.

Experiences A Taste of Santa Carolina

Royal Cliff's deVine Wine Club recently had another remarkable Australian wine dinner at the Royal Grill Room & Wine Cellar - Excellence & Heritage. DeVine Wine Club members and wine lovers enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu featuring impeccable cuisine prepared by Royal Wing Suites & Spa's Chef Nick Vonk and his talented culinary team, along with premium wines from Stonefish.

The superb five-course menu, which followed at the Royal Grill Room and Wine Cellar started with appetizing Smoked Salmon Rillettes with Stonefish Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River 2019.

Guests then enjoyed the Mushroom Consomme' which was wonderfully paired with Stonefish Rose, Margaret River 2019 followed by a Lemon Sorbet. The delectable Sous Vide Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin served along with Stonefish Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Margaret River 2014 and the tender Australian Wagyu Meltique Beef Rump paired with Stonefish Nero, Old Vines Shiraz Barossa Valley 2016 were the highlights of the evening. The night ended with a delicious Australian Chocolate Lamington Cake served with Chocolate Ice Cream which was accompanied by Bird of Fire, Botrytis Semillon Riverina 2013.

It was another memorable night as guests enjoyed the delicious 5-course dinner with fantastic wine pairings that perfectly complement each course. Mr. Sunthorn Lapmul, the Marketing Director of Wine Dee Dee. Co, Ltd. and the evening's guest speaker shared his extensive knowledge of the world of Stonefish Wines.
