Scheduled Renovation Period

The renovation is scheduled to commence on 20th May 2024 and is anticipated to be completed by 30th November 2024. These dates have been carefully chosen to minimize the impact on our guests and to ensure that the renovation process is as smooth as possible. For the facilities upgrade including the new lifts and restrooms, these are expected to be completed around June 2024.

Scope of Renovation and Upgrades:

  • Guest Rooms & Suites: Our entire collection of over 200 accommodations, including the Grand Seaview Rooms, Regency Suites, and Junior Suites, will be extensively renovated to provide an unparalleled blend of supreme comfort, luxury, and contemporary style. The refurbishment will feature advanced in-room technology, popular streaming services, opulent furnishings, chic bathroom layouts, and decor that highlights the oceanic elements, to give a unique guest experience.
  • Public Toilets: The restrooms will be redesigned where technology will be integrated to elevate hygiene and convenience, including automatic soap dispensers, clear lighting and high-efficiency hand dryers. The layout will be thoughtfully planned to exude luxury, improve flow and accessibility, ensuring that these spaces are welcoming for all guests, including those with disabilities. We expect the new toilets to be completed by 30th June 2024.
  • Elevators: Additionally, we’re upgrading our elevators which are designed to accommodate more guests at once, enhancing both efficiency and comfort. Each lift will be equipped with LED monitors to keep our guests updated on the latest news, events, and promotional offers. These elevators are engineered to operate silently, ensuring that the tranquillity of adjacent rooms remains undisturbed. The plan of completion is on 30th May 2024.
