  • บัตรกำนัลสามารถเปลี่ยนมือได้ แต่ไม่สามารถนำไปจำหน่ายต่อ หรือนำมาแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ในทุกกรณี
  • บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้สำรองห้องพักสำหรับกรุ๊ป (MICE) หรือมากกว่า 10 ห้อง/คืนได้
  • จำกัดการซื้อบัตรกำนัลสูงสุด 20 ใบต่อท่านต่องานไทยเที่ยวไทย
  • รอยัล คลิฟ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เพิ่มเติม หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมดในกรณีอันสมควร โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are inclusive of service charges and taxes.
  • Room Voucher: Prior reservation is required to redeem the hotel voucher. Guests must contact the hotel’s reservation department directly to make a booking at reservations@royalcliff.com, Line ID @Royalcliff, +66 (0) 38 250 421, or redeem through the hotel’s brand website. Redemption is subject to availability.
  • Food and Spa Voucher: Prior reservation is required to redeem the hotel voucher. Guests must contact the hotel’s Guest Relations department directly to make a booking at relax@royalcliff.com, Line ID @Royalcliff, or +66 (0) 38 250 421. Redemption is subject to availability.
  • The voucher is redeemable for use until 30 April 2027.
  • The hotel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or expired vouchers, and they will not be replaced.
  • Guests are responsible for presenting the original voucher during check-in. Those who purchased the voucher on the hotel website need to show the e-voucher. If you are unable to show proof of the voucher, the hotel will ask for full payment.
  • The voucher must be surrendered upon redemption, and can be exchanged for one night stay or one service as indicated on the voucher. It cannot be used multiple times or combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Room Voucher: Check-in time at 3.00 pm and check-out time at 12.00 noon
  • Blackout periods for room voucher and vouchers are not accepted: 28 – 29 August, 4 – 6 October, 10 October, 21 – 24 October, 3 December and                                10 -13 December 2026. Additional blackout period(s) for redemption may apply without prior notice.
  • Once the reservation is confirmed, any change to the stay period, table reservation date, or spa service booking, as well as any cancellations must be advised at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the voucher will become invalid for future use.
  • Vouchers are transferable but cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or resold in any way.
  • The vouchers are not applicable for MICE booking or bookings of more than 10 rooms at a time.
  • A maximum of 20 vouchers can be purchased per person at each trades how.
  • Royal Cliff Hotels Group reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of the voucher at any time without prior notice.
