In recognition of its excellence in security management and contribution to enhancing confidence in Thailand’s tourism industry, Royal Cliff also received the Hotel Security Recognition Award from HOSAT, presented by Dr. Phanuwish Issalam of the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Public Organisation).
The training was attended by members of the Royal Cliff Security Team and relevant hotel staff, with a focus on effective emergency response, communication and coordination in the event of a serious security incident. Participants received practical guidance on emergency procedures, evacuation protocols and the “Run, Hide or Fight” approach, alongside simulated exercises designed to strengthen decision-making and response capabilities in real-life situations.
Through this initiative, the Royal Cliff team continues to enhance its ability to respond promptly, professionally and effectively to unexpected situations. The practical exercises also help ensure that team members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, while strengthening their ability to coordinate with relevant authorities and surrounding community organisations when necessary.
