This stay in December is our second stay at Royal Cliff Beach Hotel. Both of our stays here were extended that last 3~4 weeks for my son's tennis training. We have had many meals at the onsite restaurants, Panorama especially. On some of the busy days, we would have all three meals here. The menu is extensive with many oriental and also western choices. The foods are prepared with fresh ingredients in good quality. The staff in Panorama are attentive and friendly, and they often remember the preferences how we like our food prepared. I casually mentioned to Nasin, the manager, that I like the mini almond croissants from the breakfast buffet at one time and they included almond croissants the next day for breakfast.

The tennis and fitness club is the best we have seen on a hotel's property, where we spent many hours for my son's tennis and fitness training. The infinity pool and cliff spa made his post training recovery the most enjoyable time with mesmerizing sunset views and floral aroma. My son even had his haircuts at the onsite salon and was very pleased about the service.

We love the housekeeping staff too. They are always attentive, polite and efficient. They keep our room tidy and enjoyable throughout our long stay each time.

This hotel feels like our home away from home when we visit Pattaya. We are planning for the next trip back here early next year.

The best hotel in Pattaya

This has quite possibly been the best vacation of my entire life. I have never seen such consistent service, delicious food, things to do and level of amenities as the Royal Cliff Grand. Upon check in I was immediately treated with the utmost respect and you can really tell that the staff appreciated my presence. I really felt like I belonged. There is so much to do at this hotel it is almost overwhelming. From private beaches to full Spa facilities all on site, numerous pools, activities, restaurants. I can go on and on. You can essentially spend your entire vacation without ever leaving the hotel property. It is incredible what they've done here. I want to give a very special shout out to the staff that always treated me with the utmost care and precision. From Mr. Hadee, Sorak, Non and Sopavee, you all were amazing and the team here is really top notch. I even had certain staff salute me every time they saw me! How incredible is that?! I will absolutely be staying here again, and bringing my friends! Thank you so much team!

Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya: Pure 5-Star Bliss!

I’m beyond happy with my stay at Royal Cliff Beach Resort in Pattaya. Everything is ultra-modern and kept in perfect shape. My honeymoon suite in the Terrace building had jaw-dropping sea views and was just a 2-minute elevator ride to the beach. The room came with a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon... exactly what a modern 5-star should have! The price-to-value is insane; I’ve rarely gotten this much luxury for the money. Getting to Walking Street is a breeze: 10 mins by taxi on good days, 20 when it’s busy. Honestly, everything about this place is stunning. Can’t wait to return!

“Million Dollar View Hotel”

I first stayed here in 2006 and have returned now in middle age. I found that the hotel has been renovated in many areas. What impressed me the most was the guest room, which has been beautifully updated and is very comfortable, with the important aspect of a view that can be described as "ocean in your face" (compared to seaside hotels I've stayed at in Pattaya, most only have a distant sea view unless you pay a lot for the most expensive Oceanfront room, which would exceed my budget). Here, the Oceanfront room is at a great price, and when you open the balcony door, the sea is right in front of you, allowing you to sit and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has seven swimming pools, with the most beautiful one being the glass pool that offers a panoramic sea view. Swimming here is a delight, and the water temperature is just right. Additionally, the hotel has a fitness center with plenty of equipment and machines, along with a squash court, tennis court, and swimming pools all in the same area (the fitness center is a bit far, requiring a golf cart ride). There are several dining rooms; one I tried and loved is the Indian restaurant Maharani (it has an amazing view and the food is incredibly delicious), and Breezeo, which is right by the sea. The hotel and restaurant staff are lovely and provide great service. I was very impressed and plan to stay again.
