- To receive the discounts and benefits, the member must make a booking directly with the hotel only. Not valid for booking via any third-party agents (Online Travel Agents, Tour Operators, or any other channels that don’t qualify as a direct channel)
- The member needs to show the card during check-in to receive the special rates and benefits. Otherwise, best available rate of the day applies.
- Credit card is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date (before 3:00 PM local time) will receive a full refund, with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in the case of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
