TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- This privilege is exclusive to Thai Lion Air passengers and staff. To redeem the offer, guests must present a boarding pass for a flight taken between 1 June and 1 December 2025 or staff ID card to the hotel staff. Otherwise, the best available rate of the day applies.
- To receive the discounts and benefits, guests must make a booking directly with the hotel only. Not valid for booking via any third-party agents (Online Travel Agents, Tour Operators, or any other channels that don’t qualify as a direct channel).
- A credit card is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date (before 3:00 PM local time) will receive a full refund, with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in the case of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- Room Guarantee: The type of room you reserve is guaranteed, but we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or locations.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. There are designated outdoor areas for smoking.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
