If you need to make a cancellation must be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date (before 3:00 PM local time). The guest will receive a full refund, with no penalty. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date or in the case of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
