In accordance with Thai law, smoking of all types, including cigarettes, vapes, and other similar products, is strictly prohibited in all air-conditioned public areas, including lobbies, bars, restaurants, swimming pool areas, and hotel rooms. “No Smoking” signs are prominently displayed throughout the resort. Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated areas, such as the coach parking area, outside the open lobby at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, near the consulate entrance of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel, and at most exits. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of THB 3,000.
It is important to note that smoking of cannabis at the hotel is strictly forbidden. The penalty for this violation may include a potential 3-month jail sentence and a fine of THB 25,000, as imposed by the Thai government.

The day pass does not include the use of our Tennis Courts and Squash Courts.

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests. You may park in the outdoor parking area in front of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel or in the indoor car park at PEACH. Guests of the Royal Wing have private parking spaces available in front of the Royal Wing Suites and Spa. Our security guards will guide and assist each guest in parking in the appropriate area.
Good news for Electric Vehicle owners, we have 9 charging stations available at Royal Cliff. We have 3 charging stations from a high-quality brand, AmpleCharge, each with a capacity of 22 kW/hour and equipped with AC Type 2 cables. Furthermore, we have 6 more charging stations from PupaPlug, each with a capacity of 3.6 kW/hour. However, to use the PupaPlug, you need to bring your own portable charger. All EV stations are located in our indoor car park at the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) and the charging stations can be accessed on a 24-hour basis.
